Company History

LinenSource was founded in 1943 as Colonial Curtains. Acquired by the Franzblau family in 1990, it was soon repositioned as LinenSource and the product selection was expanded to include "soft" home products. In 1991, the first LinenSource catalog was mailed nationally. The initial offerings were fashion bedding, sheets, window curtains, bath accessories and table linens selected from domestic manufacturers. Since 2000, the assortment has shifted to feature LinenSource-exclusive products developed by in-house buyers and designers. LinenSource exclusive lines are developed to fit LinenSource's quality standards and provide extra features, generous sizing and premium materials to its customers.

In March 2010, Orchard Brands, a multi-channel marketer of apparel and home products, acquired LinenSource to broaden its product offering and provide a diverse selection of high quality bedding and home d�cor products to its customers. LinenSource officially launched under the Orchard Brands umbrella in January 2011. Orchard Brands has is portfolio company that provides quality products to consumers through the direct channels of catalog, Internet and retail, with a focus on delivering superior service.
