Q. How do I apply for a linensource Credit Card Account?
A. To apply online, click here or apply right at checkout.
To apply by phone, call 1-800-431-2620 and press "1" to place an order or have an application mailed to you.

Q. What is Comenity Capital Bank?
A. This is the financial institution that issues linensource's Credit Card. Comenity Capital Bank and linensource have partnered to bring you the benefits and service you deserve, and make shopping at linensource is even easier on you and your budget.
Q. Why do you need my social security number and date of birth?
A. Your social security number and date of birth are obtained so Comenity Capital Bank may verify your identity and complete your application.
Q. Do I need to complete all the information requested on the application?
A. While Comenity Capital Bank can process your application without all of the requested data, the omission of information could delay the application process and could affect the decision regarding your application.
Q. What is an "Authorized Buyer"?
A. Authorized buyers are individuals who are allowed to make purchases on your account, but are not responsible for payment of those purchases. You, as the primary account holder, will be responsible for payment on purchases made on this account.
Q. How do I know if my application has been approved?
A. When you apply online, in most cases, you will see instantly if you've been approved and what your credit limit is. If you are not immediately approved online, you will see a message explaining the application is under further review and that you will be contacted by mail within approximately ten (10) business days. When you apply by phone or mail, you'll receive your new card in the mail within 2 weeks if you are approved. If you are not immediately approved, you will be notified by mail within approximately ten (10) business days.
Q. Is it safe to apply online for a credit card?
A. linensource has taken measures to ensure the security of all transactions involving personal information. We require a "secure session" using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology for all such transactions. During a secure session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our system is encrypted to prevent a third party from intercepting it. Q. Can I apply for a credit card if I do not have a US address?
A. You must have a permanent U.S. residence to apply. Please note, we cannot accept applications with a P.O. box address.
Q. What information can I see about my linensource Credit Card Account online?
A. As a linensource Credit Card customer, you may click here to access your account. When you choose to access your account information, you'll be taken to the website operated by Comenity Capital Bank, the credit card issuer. (Since it isn't operated by linensource, it will require a separate login.) You will be able to check your current account status, including: credit limit, balance, available credit, minimum payment amount and due date, past due amount, last payment amount and date posted, list of your authorized buyers and detailed statement history. You may also pay your linensource Credit Card Account bill online.
Q. Will I be able to make changes to my account online?
A. Once you log into your linensource Credit Card Account and have secured access to your information, you will be able to: make changes to your personal information, add authorized buyers to your account or request a credit limit increase.
Q. When will my online payment to Comenity Capital Bank be withdrawn from my bank account?
A. It may take up to two business days to complete your online payment. A successful online payment will cause a debit on your checking account and a payment on your linensource Credit Card Account in the time specified when you submitted your payment.
Q. Can I schedule when I want my online payment to be withdrawn?
A. No. Comenity Capital Bank does not currently offer the ability to schedule when a payment can be withdrawn. Once a payment is keyed on Comenity Capital Bank's system, it will be withdrawn from your checking account within two business days.
Q. Is there a fee to make online payments?
A. No. There is currently no fee associated with using Comenity Capital Bank's online payment feature.
Q. Can you send me an email reminder of when my payment is due?
A. If you access your account online at comenity.net/linensource and have provided your email address to Comenity Capital Bank, you will receive an email reminder when your statement is ready to view. The email will contain a link that allows you to securely click through and sign into your linensource Credit Card Account Center to view your statement, payment due date, and make payments.
Q. Can I set up my account to have automatic payments made each month?
A. Currently, Comenity Capital Bank does not offer the ability to schedule regular online payments to be withdrawn from your checking account on a monthly basis.
Q. What is the Comenity Capital Bank Credit Card Agreement?
A. The Comenity Capital Bank Credit Card Agreement is your agreement with the linensource's Credit Card issuer, Comenity Capital Bank.
Q. What is contained within the Comenity Capital Bank Credit Card Agreement?
A. The Comenity Capital Bank Credit Card Agreement covers the use of your credit card account. It explains topics such as: Minimum Payment, What to do if your Card is lost or stolen, Credit Limit, Finance Charges, Other Fees and Charges, Arbitration, Billing Rights and many others. Q. What are the Terms and Conditions of my linensource Credit Card account?

Q. How do I earn rewards certificates?
A. You will earn a $10 rewards certificate for every $150 you spend on your linensource Credit Card. Purchases made at linensource and our sister brands (Appleseed's, The Tog Shop, WinterSilks, Norm Thompson, Sahalie, Blair, Haband, Old Pueblo Traders, Bedford Fair, Willow Ridge, Solutions, Gold Violin) count towards your rewards total - just as long as you use your linensource Credit Card as payment.
Q. How are rewards certificates sent to me?
A. Once you've reached at least $150 in purchases, you'll receive your rewards certificates on your next monthly billing statement.
Q. Where do I find my rewards certificate number?
A. Look for your rewards certificate on your monthly billing statement. There is a rewards certificate number and expiration date unique to you on the front of the certificate.
Q. Do my rewards certificates expire?
A. Rewards certificates expire 90 days after issuance.
Q. How long do I have to earn each rewards certificate?
A. Each purchase total is valid towards a rewards certificate for 1 year after the purchase date. If you haven't earned a rewards certificate within 1 year of a purchase, that particular purchase will no longer count toward a rewards certificate.
Q. How do I redeem my rewards certificate?
A. Use your rewards certificate just like a gift card to shop linensource and our sister brands. To redeem online, enter your rewards certificate number in the reward certificate field at checkout. To redeem on the phone, call 1-800-431-2620 and provide your rewards certificate number to the customer service representative.
Q. Can I spend my rewards certificate at any of your other brands?
A. We hope you can find something at linensource to enjoy, but yes, your rewards certificates can be used at any of the brands on our website (Appleseed's, linensource, WinterSilks, Norm Thompson, Sahalie, Blair, Old Pueblo Traders, Bedford Fair, Willow Ridge, Solutions, Gold Violin). Please note that rewards certificates cannot be redeemed on Haband, Home Forever, or Draper's & Damon's purchases.
Q. Can I use a rewards certificate and a promotional code on my order?
A. Yes, rewards certificates are treated just like a gift card payment type. That means that you can combine your rewards certificate with any other promotion you have for extra savings on your order.
