Monogrammed and Oversized Items
Monogrammed items may not be exchanged or returned.
For non-oversized (under 70 lbs) Drop Ship Items, please follow the USPS return option. For oversized Drop Ship packages (over 70 lbs), please contact Customer Service for details.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credits to process on your credit card. If you have requested an exchange, you will be refunded for the return and charged for the exchange upon shipment.
